will wheels from a 19gti fit a 16gti

    hello could any body tell me if there is a problam with putting 19 gti
    wheels on a16gti car as mine seems to catch the rear wheel arch or is it
    some thing else

    Which is presumably why the 1.9 has flared wheel arches!!

    Is it designed for low profile tyres and you have bigger ie: 65's instead of
    55's.
