Which gearbox will fit????

    I have a peugot 206 1.4 lx on a 52 plate (only done 32000 miles) and
    the diff has gone in the gearbox so ive been told and i was just
    wondering if i have to have the 1.4 gearbox or if another gearbox will
    fit. Any help would be of great assistance
