Weird Engine Noises and Vibrations in Peugeot 206

Hello everyone, I own a 2016 Peugeot 206 with a gasoline engine and 93,000 km on the clock. Recently, I've been experiencing some issues with my car. There is a weird engine noise, along with a clicking/knocking sound coming from the engine. Additionally, I feel vibrations from the engine while driving. The sound seems to come from the head cylinder just after the engine gets warm and is noticeable between 2300 to 2500 rpm, but not above that. The engine is not burning oil and does not consume water. I've recorded the sound, and you can listen to it here:
