TU3S valve oil seal replacement

    Can someone give me the book time/estimate of the cost of getting the
    valve oil seals replaced on a TU3S engine? Im in two minds about
    whether to just do it myself or not at the moment, is it an easy job to
    do? Haynes seems rather vague about it all...
