Touchscreen software and Navigation updates for Peugeot 308SW GT Line Puretech 1.2.

    I have managed to download and install the software updates for the touchscreen on my Peugeot 308 SW GT Line Puretech 1.2. However, although the update for the maps appears to be downloading ok, when completed I am unable to access the downloaded file(s), so cannot upload to external USB drive and update the Satnav on my car.
    Please can you advise.
