The dreaded "please insert upgrade cd" message has appeared.

    Trying to assist a friend here....he's the proud owner of a 58 reg 407 SW.
    It seems that the only view available on his screen is the "please insert upgrade cd"
    He doesn't have the cd!
    Hoping that someone here might point me in the right direction please??

    Ideally, I'm looking for a DIY solution here :)
