Stop start squeal

    Hi
    Automatic 308 2012. This ONLY HAPPENS IN ECO MODE. Get to a junction, foot on break, all power cuts, foot off the break, high pitched squeal and won't start again until put back in neutral and key turned in ignition again.
    Just had a brand new battery to rule that out. Not one mechanic out of the 4 its been to can diagnose?! Heeeeelp!
