Steering fluid leak from rack

Having difficulty finding information on how to deal with this issue. Replacement racks are expensive, maybe a seal kit if I can get it off and refurbished the seals. Anyone done this and can give advice on the prices and any specific difficulties please?

Reconditioned racks on an exchange basis are usually a lot cheaper than new, and some places will rebuild yours. Seal kits can be hard to find for these. Is it leaking from the gaiters?
