siren and horn

    Good Day all, I have a 207 gt (year 07) my horn is not working and the car alarm lights are flashing but no siren.
    Changed F2 AND F10 fuse 15amp

    I've only had the car 4days, is this a common fault?

    Thanks in advance for any help or replies.
