Reverse gear problem

    Hi.... I have a 405 Sri GL manual transmission left handed. Recently it has developed a problem of not engaging a reverse gear. Whenever I engage it, it doesn't respond. Help please

    Could be selector but sounds to me u have lost reverse in box proberly in sump of box
