replacing antifreeze/coolant

    I have just tried to drain the coolant on my 2010 1.4L 207 and only managed to get 3 litres out of the system.i removed the bottom hose and also the temp switch in the thermostat hsng.i believe there is about 7 litres in the system does any one know how to get the rest out
