rear windscreen wiper not working

    i dont know whats wrong with it but the front ones are working?

    What model have you got. I have had the smae problem with a 306 1996 Diesel.
    it turned out to be the motor itself.

    Could be the motor, but moe than likely, it's the blue relay situated
    adjacent to the motor under the trim.
