power steering fault

    Yesterday my power steering stop working,I parked the car normally with steering working and when I start it the steering was very heavy like when the car is switched off.
    When I checked under the car there was a leak in the rack and I thought that because of that was the problem.
    I changed the steering rack with a used one,which is good,and when I start the car the steering is shaking heavy from left to right.
    Is this a power steering pump fault?or a sensor?
