Peugeot Diesal Van

    This van has had two engines fitted in the last ten months its now showing following symptoms when you start the engine its choked and smoke comes out the exhaust ,when idling its sometimes billowing clouds of smoke a blue colour the exhaust is black inside,after a while it clears you can smell the diesal burning.Also the water is slowly going down and oil maybe dropping slowly too have fitted new fuel filter and also air filter.Any ideas whats wrong with this van would be helpful The van is 1.9 diesel not turbo
