Peugeot brake system ?

    Does anybody know what was the braking system in Peugeot 309 Diesel year
    1988 December.

    Was it Bendix system or Gerling ???

    it could be both, but most likely gerling

    you need to physically check as both systems were fitted, it will be marked
    on your brake calipers, and likely on the resevoir cap. both systems were as
    common as the other.
    BTW its Girling.
