Peugeot 806 lack of power and won't go over 70mph.....HELP!

    Hi everyone,

    I need your input into the problem i am having with my PUG 806 (2002). I have a lack of power in 2nd and 3rd gear and there is a big delay between 50-70mph, and then it won't go over 70mph if it manages to reach it. I have had the following done and am loathed to spend more but also to give up my PUG.
    turbo cartridge replaced
    4 new injectors
    EGR replaced
    DPF filter fix and ECU remap
    new clutch
    new MAF sensor
    all pipes checked for blockage and cleaned
    SUMP removed and cleaned
    fuel pump in tank checked and working
    new fuel filter added

    I would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions and also if anyone is in the midlands area and has a planet diagnostics kit they might be willing to connect this upto.
