Hi, I hope someone can help me, about two weeks ago I lost my paid TomTom Live Traffic from my navigation, after to and from emails with the outstanding service that is Peugeot Customer Care UK, they still cannot help, even though I have seen threads going back to 2022. I think I have pinpointed the issue to the Privacy Menu tab is missing (see photo). [ATTACH=full]289[/ATTACH] The system also states connected but not available (see photo). [ATTACH=full]291[/ATTACH] I have seen threads and videos to soft reset by pressing the piano phone button on a 3008, but the 308 doesn’t have these buttons. I am just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and where the soft reset would be? Thanks in advance
