    Hi
I purchased a Peugeot 307cc in June 2005. Since I had the car, the roof
has leaked on 3 seperate occasions. It usually happens in quite heavy
rain. I have spoken to the car dealership here in Ireland, and
unfortunatly they have not been very helpfull. They have adjusted the
    roof to no avail.

The latest offer from them is to give us 1000 euro in cash to-wards a
new 2006 model, and I'll have to make up any difference in price.

Have you heard of other 307cc cars with a similiar issue? Why would
they offer us cash, if they were so sure that the car was not leaking.

Am i entitled to a refund or 2006 model. I would be happy to take a
2005 model with similiar miles on the clock (7000 Km).

One rep did see the result of the roof leaking but has since denined
    seeing the wet carpets etc.

    Thanks in advance.

    Aidan

  2. Do you have Trading Standards in Ireland? If so, use them. Remember
that you are in the right. Their offer is derisory.

And take some pictures of the wet carpets etc. for evidence.
Here in the UK, and I suggest anywhere in the EU, there are trading
    standards regulations covering this.
