Peugeot 206 noise at speed

    Hi guys

    getting a screeching noise from the engine bay at speed. Comes on every now and then but after driving an hour it stays a lot and periodically goes away.
    When clutch is pressed it’s still there. Even engine off still present.
    I’ve changed the front left wheel bearing and the front right feels solid in the air. Car drives mint which makes it even more confusing. I’ll try uploading the noise
