I'm the original owner of a Peugeot 205 SR 1985 hatchback (XY7 engine) that I purchased in France. After a few years of intermittent operation, the horn stopped working. The stalk is in good condition. (The directionals work fine.) The fuse is OK. I need to check wiring/voltage at the horn. I've looked over my manuals and consulted various online forums, but haven't found any instructions about where to find the horn other than the fact that it's on the front left (driver's) side somewhere behind the headlights (see davman's post near the bottom of that page). I've attached a photo of that part of the engine compartment. Can anyone help with instructions for getting at the horn? What do I need to remove? Is there an electrical connector that can be checked first? If so, where is it? Thanks in advance for any help.
