Peagot car 206 old j reg

    Can any one help i have brought a peogot 206 the problem is the engine is
    truning but the car wont fire up to start. I have filled it up with fuel.
    Also it is has a choke that needs to be pulled out. Can any one advised me
    how to get the car to start.

    if it's J reg, I would guess a 205...or a 106. Which is it?
