Overheating

    Hi people I got a peugeot 406 v6 which is giving me problems with overheating when oil temperature reaches 110 to 120° but water temperature sits normal at 90° high fans come on sometimes at 120° and if you keep on driving it starts overheating I took it for a block pressure test and they said headgasket is fine it maybe the air in the cooling system it needs bleeding now I dnt know how to bleed a peugeot 406 v6 and the another thing is the car was converted to manual from automatic please help me when should the radiator fans start turn cause my mine when you start the engine they always turn at a low speed
