Newbie ‐ 307 turbo diesel wagon 2.0L 2007 Auto.

    Hi, just looking for some friendly advice to do with my gearbox as I'm having issues with slipping and clunking while going through gear change. I had a scan done on car and a shift solenoid error came up. I was told there was at least three shift solenoids for the gearbox. If anyone knows anything about these and whether it's worth changing them as I'm not sure of the cost outlay to do it or maybe buy another gearbox to have fitted. Anyone that can help in sorting this problem out with some advice I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
