Motor not starting, windows and airco not working

    Yesterday evening my car didn't want to start (start motor running, but it did not start) - 20 minutes later it worked again.
    This afternoon it did not start again - this time the problem did not fix it self.

    The windows were open at that moment - so I found out that they didn't work either anymore.
    Same for the airco, radio (strange that it still tahes a CD an ejects it), sigarette plug, wipers and washer - all not working.
    Everything else is working (headlights, inner lights, dashboard, hazard lights, breaking lights).

    All fuses are ok.

    Does anyone know what is happening with my car?

    Edit: It's a 407SW 1.6 Hdi from 2006
