As the header really. I would prefer the s model as it comes with leather
    seats.

Anything to watch out for? It will probably be around the 60000 mile mark
and i'm looking to spend around £6000. The s versions seem pretty rare
though so could anyone tell me any other differences between s and the
    normal d turbo.

Also does anyone know a dealers stance on me trading in two cars? Do you
reckon they would? Ones a Nissan Almera 1.6 1998 Automatic 3 door and the
other is a 306 1.6 1998 LX Saloon with air con etc.

    Thanks in advance.

You won't be offered much for these against a car from a dealer - the
306 saloon especially is a fairly unloved car, the Almera is an auto so
will be a funny one to sell.

Selling them privately would get you close to the £6,000 you want -
assuming the mileage isn't too high on the Almera, you should get £3,400
for it, the Peugeot should get £2,500 without too much effort. A dealer
will offer 2/3 - 1/2 that depending on what their 306 cost them ;)
