'94 306 XTDT - the sunroof appears to bee leaking as there is water
dripping through the switches. I'm pretty sure it's not coming through
the antenna, as the water appers to be coming down the roof liner from
the edge of the sunroof itself. The antenna is alos further forward than
    the swtiches.

Is this a common problem? Any ideas how to stop the leak? There is no
obvious problem with the seal around the glass itself.

    Any advice appreciated!

The usual cause of this is the drain pipes getting blocked - they run from
(I think) the corners of the sunroof and pop out under the wheel arches.
You need to try and clear the blockage - a piece of light welding wire with
the end smoothed off should do the trick.

  3. I had the same problem on my '91 Renault 19 - it turned out that the
drainage channels for the sunroof were blocked and the water didn't have any
place to go. It might not be exactly the same on the 306 - but it was cheap
    and easy to fix!
