Hi can anybody help... I parked up earlier and locked car.. upon returning I tried to insert key into ignition but it won't go all the way in so I can't start the car.. I Googled this and it came up that it's because the pin that goes through the hole on the end of the key must be stuck or jammed across which is stopping key from being fully inserted.. can anybody help with how I can mend it etc... I've tried wd40 but that didn't work

Hi! is your car a 405 or 206? is your car an automatic? strip the covers on your steeering column, try inserting the key whilst you tapping the barrel.
