Issues with a squeak on the front

I have a 63 plate peugeot 308. Recently it had developed a squeak on the front. Sounds like on the drivers side or middle. I’ve had it in the garage and sprayed underneath with oil to coat. I’ve also had a new suspension arm fitted which is now great. However this squeak only happens in a morning n then seems ok as the day or temperature goes up. I’ve purchased PTFE spray and jacked up and sprayed again. Has anyone please got any other suggestions as to what it could be.

 

Carbon break dust from pads can cause it. Try changing to different compound pads. Also, wash disk and pads with hose when washing car

 

Thank you for your advise. It’s driving me mad. I love the car too. I will try this. Only just had an mot so do the brakes when in for service. I’ll try the hose today.
