Intermittently losing power

    Have a pug306 Miami petrol 1400cc
    Occasionally lose revs when trying to accelerate - and sometines cuts out on
    idle. Can go weeks without prob then lasts for days.Pug garage unable to
    find prob-any ideas???

    You haven't provided that much info, but I had a 1.9TD 306 and occasionally
    it would cut out at random times, while driving I found out it was a loose
    earth cable seemed to fix the problem
