instrument panel removal

    Hi all, can anyone help, the cold start 'pig tail' does not illuminate on my wife's 207 1.6 hdi 110 2010 can anyone point me in the right direction to remove the instrument panel so I can see if the bulb is blown or if I have an electrical fault and to let me know which of the many lights on the dash is the cold start 'pig tail'

    holding my breath in anticipation that some one can help me.
