Hole in spare wheel well

    How we doing guys

    I just got my first 307 hdi and I've just noticed the well was full of water I then noticed there was some kind of disk with a rubber seal around it and loads of red mastic, I pushed on it and the seal broke obviously the water ran out the disk fell out

    Is this bung / plate ment to be removable and can I get a new one As I now have a hole in the well or can I just leave the hole lol
