Hello everyone, Im hoping you guys mite have the knowledge to help me. Ive got a 1996 406 sri with 163000miles on which I was given by my father, it is a lovely car but has developed a intermittent fault, which is driving us crazy!!!! Sometimes it struggles to start it just turns over and may take upto 4 or 5 times then it starts and runs fine, then other days it will fire up straight away with no problems. We have put in new spark plugs, leads and air filter and also changed the coil pack off a fully working car that we bought for spares. But the next day it did it again and wouldn't start, so I left it and tried it 2 days later and it fired up 1st time and took it out for a run and it drove lovely We have all the parts on the donor car its just knowing what to try next ? Any help would be appreciated Kris.
