Faulty lights

hi there, im in a bit of a confused state, my car keeps shouting at me that there is fault with LH indicator, fog lamp, break lights, reversing light.

I have changed bulb in rear break and indicator as bulb was blown, and even changed the side light indicator, but its still screaming at me.

there seems to be a pattern that its only when have headlights on it shouts, or the indicator shouts when i turn hard left.

Im very confused as to what to do,, any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.
