Child seat in 307 convertible

    Really hoping someone can help! I have an old 307 4seater convertible (no isofix) and need to get a foreword facing car seat fitted for my 1 year old granddaughter. Owing to the bucket style of the seats, Halfords said nothing would fit and advice online is vague. I’ve been to a Peugeot dealer who says they don’t do a conversion kit to make the existing seat flatter but I can’t believe I’m the only person ever to attempt this so need advice or better still a recommendation for a car seat that will work!
