Central locking issue (307)

    Hi Guys, recently I've bought a second hand peurgot 307. Criminals smashed my window n stole my bag. Now only since the window has been fitted I've noticed my indicator on the dash (the one you can lock the doors from inside the car) flashing differently and I didn't check prior to buying it if the key immobiliser worked or not. So I've read the manual and to secure or reset the central locking the key needs to work. Problem is mine doesn't . What do I do? Last option is buy a new key and immobilisor. Anyone ????
