    Hi,

I have a Pugeout 1.9 TD (1998 R Plate), The blower for the heater/aircon has
just stopped working. Was working 100%, turned car off came back to car and
it was not working at all. Fuses seem OK.

With ignition turned on, when I move the fan control slider to the full
right position I can hear what sounds like a relay click, moving the slider
back a little makes it click again. Totally nothing from the fan though! Any
    ideas?

    Cheers

For the record as it were the problem above was traced to loose connections
made to the resistor-block which makes up part of the heater/aircon
blower-motor and fan assembly. Apparetly this is very common in pugs. A
'repair' has been made by simply 'jiggling' the wires so as to make a
connection again and then securing them to prevent further movement!!
Unfortunately there is no way to repair the resistor block as it is sealed.

I feel the repair was worth a try as a new fan/motor unit would cost approx
£150-00 UK Pounds. Total cost of this 'repair' was £10-00 UK Pounds and is
still holding after 6 days :)

    Time will tell...

    :)
