Hi I'm new to this so please bare with me, I have a peugeot 607 2.2 hdi auto on a 55 plate.
The problem with the car is that I have a lot of black smoke coming from the exhaust when the engine is under load ie on pulling away from a standing start, i have had the car diagnosed and the error code P0235 turdocharger/supercharger boost sensor "A" circuit is at fault, I have spoken to peugeot tech and they have no idea what this relates to they say it could be the air metering valve, which is no longer available.
I would appreciate any advice on this matter to resolve the problem.
    Allan.
