406 Transmission Problem

    Hello House, please I need help. My gearbox had an issue, it was only entering reverse but does not drive. Took it to a mechanic to fix it. After fixing it, when I drive or reverse, it engages but then disengages after as very short time. If I put off the car and restart, it engages and then disengages after a short time. Please any advice on what to do.
