406 No Throttle response

Discussion in 'Peugeot 406' started by Julian Wesson, Apr 1, 2010.

  1. I have a 406 which is fly by wire throttle (Sender and receiver) and has no throttle response.

The question is which unit has failed? And or how do I find out?

The throttle end should just be a variable resistor that can be checked
with a multimeter. Look of a varying resistance with pedal position.

Much more than that will be down to a pug specialist who should have the
    right test equipment.
