406 HDI Heater/AC Blower

    Can anyone help please? The blower on my HDI 406 is out of control. It runs
    all the time at a fast rate. It is impossible to slow it down, no matter how
    you adjust the heating or AC controls. (Also, the air conditioning seems to
    have stopped working.)
