Have you been able to control if you have power to it?
Measure with a voltmeter directly to the chassi of the car.

Even if the fuse is ok you might have a broken cable.

If you dont have power you need to find where its broken (might be in the "rubbertunnel" in the door where all the cables run thru that goes to and from the door)
If you do have power you need to check the electricalengine for the window.

Try first to take away everything from the motor except the electricalfeed cable.
Might be something with the mechanics

If that dont work I would try to get it open and see what condition the collector of the motor has and try to clean it out.
It might also be the connector on the motor, moist and time have a tendency to make sure that connectors have problem doing their jobs.
Use a small flat screwdriver and gently try to scratch the surface of the connector in the motor and try again. Sometimes you can also find aerosoles that can clean electricalconnector surfaces.

Of course, checking the connector comes before trying to open the motor. Sorry about that.
