406 Cooling Fan

Discussion in 'Peugeot 406' started by phil derbyshire, Oct 17, 2003.

  1. Does anybody know which fuse in the engine compartment relates to the
cooling fan. My Haynes manual only specifies the passenger compartment
fuses. I have an intermittent fault whereby the cooling fan won't go off at
all and my local dealer can't see me until Tuesday. Many thanks for any
    help.

  2. I have the French Haynes manual and the fuses for the two Fans are F6 and F7
(20/40A both) in the Battery Fuse Box 2 (the 4-fuse Fuse box: F6, F7, F5 and
    F8 in this order)
    Hopefully this helps.
I don't understand how your manual does not show them since the two manuals
should be the translation of the same book.

    Cheers,

    Cristian
