If it's the XU10 engine, it's not necessary, unless they feel rough
when you spin them. If it's the EW10 then yes change at least the
    tensioner pulley.
Don't forget to check the auxilliary belt for cracks etc.

  5. Make sure you have the timing belt tensioner changed at the same time?

    Hi,

I know I'm late, but I was busy somewhere else.
Mmmm... I've seen too many old tensionners litterally explode not a long
time after the fitting of a new belt. With all the risks of a broken
    cambelt.
I guess it is a wrong idea to keep the old one, as I wouldn't describe it as
    a good saving.
For the tenner in addition of timing change and labour, I always change the
belt with the timing belt. As anyway it has to be removed and refit within
the timing belt change operation, they should just charge for the new
    accessories' belt.
