307 CC driver's seat height problem

    The height of the driver's seat in my wife's 307 CC is proving an issue. It's as high as it will go but is still unusually low for both of us to the point that it's a real problem.

    I'm thinking about fitting spacers between the floor & base rail - more likely flatbar - to raise it by the appropriate amount. Anyone with experience of this? It would obviously have to be 100% safe. Thanks.
