3008 center display console blank

The center display console on my 3008 (2012) has gone blank. The radio still works but there is nothing on the screen. No date, time, temp etc. Everything else on the car works except this. Is there a bulb I can change or a fuse. There is also a warning light displayed on the car. (See attached image)

 

Just taken the fuse for the radio out, it wasn't blown! Put it back in and the screen came back to life so all is good on that now. However the front fog lights aren't working now and the same warning light shows.
I can't find which fuse deals with the front fog lights to try the same.
Any ideas!
