207 limp mode issue

    i need some help
    i have a 2009 1.4 petrol with a issue,every time the car gets warm the warning light with triangle with question mark inside it comes on and goes into limp mode, now power at all.
    the ecu has been replaced,
    any body got any ideas ????
    no fault codes when plugged in.
