206 Aircon help please

    Hi to Peugeot Forum members.
    Can anyone help please. My aircon has given up, and my mechanic has told me the the condenser is leaking. So I purchased a new condenser, plus one pipe which couples the condenser lower left corner to a canister - dehydrator? - near the top panel. I can remove this pipe fairly easily, but I have no idea how I separate the condenser's hard pipe from the other flexi - type pipe. Is there a special way in which these can be separated.
    Thanks if anyone can give me an idea.
