206 1.4GLX brake noise

Discussion in 'Peugeot 206' started by Bruno Perella, Aug 5, 2004.

  1. Can anyone explain an intermittent noise (sounds like noise you get when
blowing across the top of an empty bottle) when applying the brakes on this
car? Only seems to occur when car has been running for a few miles and it
doesn't always occur. The brakes are clean and pads are OK. Thanks in
    advance for any response.

  3. Sounds like you have an intermittent fault with your brakes. Best to take it
to your local Pug dealer and let them have a look. You can't be too careful
    where brakes are concerned.
