I have an 1100cc TU9 engine. Can i fit it with a bigger liner kit to
    boost its capacity to
say 1300cc without changing the block? What issues do i need to take
into consideration if this is to be possible?

    Thank you.

Big thing to take into consideration is insurance.

Changes in engine size need to be reported to the DVLA (or whatever it's
    called now) and your insurer.

From experience, changes to a spec of a car (adding alloys, engine
changes etc) can disproportionately increase your insurance premiums.
I'd be surprised if the premiums weren't significantly higher than for a
factory built 205 1300cc of same age.

    Hi Mehdi

It is interesting to note that the 206 series uses them same series of
engines as the 205. I would have expected some changes.
