1998 206 wiring issues

    i recently bought. 1998 206 1.1 , engine runs fine but got few electrical issues.
    No central locking , but pressing key fob indicators still flash.
    No electric windows
    No front windscreen wipers, rear works fine as do washers front and back..
    Is there any connection with the above or are all just separate issues.
    When I bought car it wasn’t running and all fuses and relays were missing. When I initially started to replace fuses both locking and wipers worked briefly but nothing since.
    Can anyone help me
